Mountain Cabin

Before:

Front of home

This house was unsafe and unsanitary and smelled as bad as it looked

In Process:

The first step was to completely gut the home down to the studs and bare floor
An old wood stove was removed and floor plan changed to include an additional bath

Next a new pad was poured and the front was extended to add square feet to the house

Log siding was applied and a steel roof replaced the leaking shingle roof

After:

The home attracted quite a bit of attention as soon as it was listed and sold in 3 days

This view of Pikes Peak from the new porch was a major asset

The new kitchen featured white cabinets and appliances and granite countertops
